Torrey Hills Capital Continues to Expand with the Addition of Mark Adams as Senior Account Manager

San Diego, California, April 25, 2011 – Torrey Hills Capital, a leading investor relations firm specializing in micro and small cap companies in the United States and Canada, is pleased to announce the hiring of Mark Adams as a Senior Account Manager.  Mark’s primary responsibilities at Torrey Hills Capital include working with public company clients to maximize their awareness in the marketplace with both retail and professional investors. 

Mark holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and has more than 15 years of experience in corporate and shareholder development.  Prior to  joining Torrey Hills Capital, Mark was an investment banker, corporate strategist, and institutional investor primarily in the technology sector, including as (i) a senior director in investment banking for Bank of Montreal; (ii) a director in corporate development for EMC Corporation; and (iii) an institutional investor with Essex Investment Management, SAC Capital, and BAM.
